If yes, so please add the CSS code below in Additional CSS Box. Please go to the Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS then paste the CSS here and click to Publish button.

    text-align: left !important;
}

1. For change the color of caption title and description, add the below css code in Additional CSS box, Please go to the Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS then paste the CSS here and click to Publish button.

.theme-slider-content .theme-caption-bg .title-large {
color: #FF0000;
}
.theme-slider-content .description {
color: #FF0000;
}

You can change the color as per the your need.

2. Do you want to bold the title and description of the slider caption?

Yes, Do want to resize sidebar widgets, so you have to add below CSS in Additional CSS box, Please go to the Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS then paste the CSS here and click to Publish button.

.sidebar .widget {
width: 80%;
}

You can set the sidebar widgets width as per the need.
