Transitions on Slider

The slider is much to fast and seems to have a white flash transition between each image. Is there a way to eliminate the transitions and have it just clickable from slide to slide? The website is turnaroundbankruptcy.com

No this doesn’t change anything I am having a problem with (the mouse drag option to change slides). The slider is way to fast even on the highest settings. I would like to eliminate the white transition (flash) or turn off the slider altogether so it only changes per clicks.
