Don’t worry we are here to help you.

1) Your first query, To change the color of site identity and tag, Kindly add below CSS in Additional CSS box, Please go to the Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS then paste the CSS here and click to Publish button.

.site-branding-text .site-title a,
.site-branding-text .site-description {
color: #333333 !important;
}

In fact, you can also change the color code as per the desire.

2) Your second query, Please upload your logo on your website then we can check it out and give you good advice for that.
