Phantom Post Section

On every blog post, at the bottom of the post, under the Related Posts section, there is a largely blank section with Website: displayed, but nothing else. An example is post https://lazarusalliance.com/maintaining-compliance-against-prompt-injection-attacks/

Any idea how I can get rid of that blank section?
