Front Page Features Not Working

I have purchased, downloaded and installed ConsultStreet Pro, and when I try to Customize it says that ConsultStreet Pro is the active theme. However, most of the Frontpage Section features such as Main Slider, Service, Testimonial, etc. are not working even though they are enabled. I deleted the theme, downloaded it again and reinstalled, but still those features do not work. (Of courese, Frontpage Section Ordering doesn’t work either.) Other features, such as Typography, Colors, Background Image, etc. do function properly. Why aren’t the Frontpage Section features working?
