ConsultStreet Pro would not load from zip file

When attempting (four times) to load the upgrade into WORDPRESS plug-in from the provided link from ThemeArile the following message was received:
Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin installation failed.

Return to Plugin Installer

I DID use the zip file link provided in my email upgrade confirmation ( http://themearile.com/index.php?eddfile=7131%3A1008%3A1%3A0&ttl=1598300876&file=1&token=127e96a7496e037400c27ce02409ac9f8daa894502e5f8b995cdd5e399d254b0) from ThemeArile. I downloaded the zip file into my download folder each of the four times!!

ConsultStreet Pro is a theme, not a plugin.

So, please install ConsultStreet Pro as a theme not plugin. See the screenshot http://prntscr.com/u5h9px
