    I’ve noticed the free edition has a new version, 1.9. The upgrade from 1.8 to 1.9 seems to work seemless in WP, but I not sure how do you handle the PRO version upgrades.
    How do you upgrade the PRO edition to a new version, are you sending a new link to all the customers, or is managed as well directly through WP Theme upgrade process?

    Yes, We are sending a resend receipt to an updated theme package and there you will find a link. By clicking on it, you can download the updated theme package. And the notification you will get by an email.

    What’s the procedure for upgrading? Overwriting the files? Anything special to do in order not to loose any customization of the theme?

    Hello John,

    1. You will have to replace the old theme package with the updated theme package. After that, your theme will be updated automatically.

    2. If you have changed something directly in the theme and updated your theme. Then the changes will be lost.
    And if you change by child theme, And updated the updated version of the theme. So there will be nothing lost in your theme. So we recommend Whenever you change something in the theme, do it through the child theme itself.

    Hi John,

    Do you want to update the latest version of the ArileWP Pro theme then follow the given steps below?

    1. Go to the Appearance >> Themes and deactivate the ArileWP Pro theme then select and activate another one theme.

    2. Now delete the ArileWP Pro theme package.

    3. And upload an updated version of the ArileWP Pro theme zip folder click through the Add New Button then click Upload Theme and Install Now.

    4. Now Activate the ArileWP Pro theme again and check your site.

    I hope you follow the above steps carefully and enjoy the updated version of ArileWP Pro.

    And now I am back at square one with the modification I’ve made on carousel text formatting issue. This is not going to work in long term.
    Could you please fix that formatting issue so I don’t have to manually fix it on my side?

    Thanks for the reply.

    We have released the 1.2.3 version of the ArileWP Pro theme That is why you can log in with your account at http://themearile.com/login/ and download the latest version from there.

    Now you need to install the latest version of the ArileWP Pro theme. Then the text formatting of your carousel will be fixed automatically.

    good morning, during the istallation i get this error message ” upload_max_filesize in php.ini”
