Please add the below CSS code to decrease the height of the slider image in the Additional CSS box.

For this Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Additional css Box

#theme-main-slider .item {
background-repeat: no-repeat;
height: auto !important;
}
#theme-main-slider .item {
padding-top: 40.50%;
display: block;
height: 0;
}

And please use the slider image size is 1920*600px.

You can set an image padding value as per your need.

If you are using the ArileWP pro theme so you don’t need to use the “Arile Extra” plugin. You will need the “Arile Extra” plugin with ArileWP free theme.

We have already fixed this issue so please log in to your themearile account.

And go to the purchase history page here you will get the latest version of the theme.

So please download the theme and update it in your WordPress.

And also please clear your browser cache.

Blog featured image support only provided for the particular blog featured image.

And WordPress did not allow the featured image for the blog page. But you can display the featured image for the default page template.
