Translations for Reply Form, Submit Button, Related Post header

Hi,

I am using the theme for a German website and would like to translate some of the default headers and titles:

Reply Form:
– How can we amend the header text „Leave a reply“ to be in German?
– How can we amend the „Submit“ button text to be in German.

Related Posts:
– same question applies here, changing header text to German.
