Scroll Up-Down Menu

I would like to have the menu hidden when scrolling and shown again when scrolling up. How can I implement this ?

Please Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Options >> Menu and select Menu Style as static then click to publish button.

Unfortunately, this is not the desired effect. When scrolling, the menu now warps. But the menu does not fade in if I scroll up again. How do I implement this?

Different code has been used at the URL you have shared. Which is impossible to install in an ArileWP pro theme.
You can show the display of the sticky menu according to the ArileWP Pro theme. Because the menu code in the ArileWP pro is different.

And in this, the sticky bar has been prepared according to the code of the ArileWP pro theme. If we will trying to modify the code in the theme according to your requirement, so we need to lots of code customization in the theme.
