Logo turns to dark mode when scrolling?

When scrolling down the page, my main logo switches to a black, night-mode style background. Is there a way to make this stay white when scrolling? https://wordowl.co.uk/

You can change the sticky menu background color and menu color so please follow the below steps.

Appearence >> Customize >> Theme Options >> Menu here you can change the Sticky Bar Background Color and Sticky Menu Color.
