Limit size on testimonial tiles and blog tiles?

These tiles tend to be different sizes with the content. This creates a lot of wasted space at times on my homepage. How can I limit the size and remove the pagination marks to reduce the space consumed?

Please add the below CSS code in the additional CSS box to remove the testimonial pagination dots.

.theme-testimonial .owl-theme .owl-nav.disabled+.owl-dots {
display: none;
}
