Flash Transition in slider

There is a white transition or flash when images change from one to the next in the slider. I would like to eliminate this transition. I would like to keep the animation style to “Fade”. So that each word in the title of each image gradually changed to the next. The website is turnaroundbankruptcy.com .

I don’t believe it worked if anything I think it made it worse. The flash seems even more harsh.
