child theme not saving ‘Customize’ theme area

Hi,
We are using the child theme, and when I go to make a text change to the slide show or a text change for other areas under the ‘Customizing’ window, I can not save the changes. If I turn a section on/off, but text changes do not update.

I have updated all plugins/core, turned off all plugins and tested and yet still can not change the text. Any ideas?

I am using ‘ArileWP ProVersion: 1.3.6’ child them version 1.0

Hi Brian

You are using the old version of the ArileWP Pro theme. So please log in to your themearile account.

And go to the purchase history page here you will get the latest version of the theme.

So please download the theme and update it in your WordPress.
