Can I edit the raw HTML code for my pro theme

Hello I have downloaded a Pro theme for my WordPress built website I have somehow mistaking added a div a navbar with a button showing up blue on the front page of my website I want go into the actual HTML and delete the button displaying on my front page on the mobile version I don’t even see the menu bar just the blue button is there a way i can edit the HTML from the editor I’m only seeing php code
