Background layer color

I want to change the color of background or maybe add a theme to background of “Service Options” which is under the section of Frontpage.
It is now all white.

Hi Omer G

To change the background color, please go to the Appearance => Customize => Colors => Background Color and select your desire color then click to publish button.
