And after this, you can use the emphasize and bold tag in the slider text field.

This is not a theme CSS related issue. We have created all the CSS according to all the media devices to display content beautifully. However, you check your website once using the given code.

Please go to the Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS. Now paste the CSS code below then click to publish button.

When you click the tag(technical-file) then you will see all post related to this tag(technical-file). And you will see the title of the tag, not the post title because you are going the tag (technical-file) see the screenshot http://prntscr.com/qk35f2.

But when you go to the single view of the post(The Technical Documentation) then you will see the title of the post on the page header see the screenshot http://prntscr.com/qk353z.
