We have checked this and this is working well at our end. When I click to Contact Us button in the “CTA” then it is redirecting to this page https://visacenter.org/contact-immigrant-visa-center-2/ and While no one error is visible.

Probably, This can also be an issue of the site cache. so please clear your site cache then check it.

1) Go to the wp-content =>> themes =>> arilewp-pro =>> template-parts =>> index-siteinfo.php now open this file.

2) Now paste all the PHP code of this link https://pastebin.com/sHHMphf4 in an index-siteinfo.php file and save this file.

3) At last, Now run your site.

Yes, You have to add below css in Additional CSS box, Please go to the Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS then paste the CSS here and click to Publish button.
