Sorry for the delay answered.

Yes, you can edit this theme with the Elemnetor page builder. but you cannot edit the default homepage with the elementor. Because it is a default part of the Designexo theme so this is not editable.

In fact, Using this Designexo theme you can create, edit, and updates page designs as per the requirement. That is why we have made this theme fully compatible with Elementar Page Builder.

But the default pages of the theme not editable with the Elementor page builder. And this is work for basic and the pro version.
