But we can provide one solution for you. You need to create the category page and add this page link in the home page project.

And you can add this page link in the home page project.

If you want display the different service and project on the home page and inner pages then you can add the all services and project which you want display in internal page.

And after adding the service please let us know which services and project you did not want to display in the home page. So we can provide you the css code for remove this services from the home page.
