Theme Color Scheme

I am able to customize theme for a medium blue theme color throughout the homepage in Appearance > Customize > Theme Color Scheme (i.e. the primary menu bar should have a medium blue color when hover over top navigation). Unfortunately it does now show on the live published page when not logged in as an admin even though I have successfully hit the Publish button numerous times. So, published page has no blue color when hover over top navigation and has no blue button behind “Learn More” on the slider iamges. If helps, the current URL is http://kgg.2a5.myftpupload.com/ to review. This is the case when live page (not logged in as admin) on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge….

Please if you are using the custom color then please enable the custom color option and scroll the color pointer using a mouse and after select your color.
