Slow and turn off slider animation

5 seconds is the max speed. it is much too fast. How to slow it down?
(In fact it doesn’t work, it is actually about 2 seconds)

And how to turn the automation off entirely so user clicks to browse?

Yes that worked, much slower thank-you (though it seems to be twice as fast as the stated time).

Is there any way to make it manual-only, when they click the arrows?
