Projects section on homepage not displaying all of the available projects

I would like all of our projects to be visible in the Projects section of the home page, but it only shows 2 projects at a time.

Troubleshoots that didn’t work:
1. Changing the column layout
2. Choose Project Category for Layout One (even though I am using layout two), I have chosen the correct category.
3. I have confirmed that all the projects I would like visible all have Show All category tagged under Project Categories.
4. I have also attempted to add new categories and add all the projects to there, but it still gives me the same issue.
5. Deleted and re-added all the projects.
