Problem Configuring Theme Menu in ConsultStreet Pro

I have been trying to create a menu system using Sticky Menu. I am having an issue with my logo sitting correctly on the menu header. if I make The logo bigger it sits in the menu just fine however you cannot click on it For the home page. you can only click above it To get the pointer to change to click home. Appreciate any help in this matter! the website is Zion Data Solutions.

Okay, please add the css code below in the Additional Css Box. Please go to the Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS, paste the CSS here, and click the Publish button.
