NewsDigest – Header Advertisement banner: Do I need Pro for New tab option?

Hello

I see in your support documentation that there is a “open in New Tab” option switch. I cannot see this option switch in my version (free version). I am looking to upgrade to Pro, but want to make sure that this is not a bug or a downgrade of features available, as this is a VERY important necessity for our charitable website!
