How do I adjust the logo size? Regardless of the image size, the logo remains smaller that we would like.

You can crop the logo image size as per your need when you upload the logo image.

Cropping is not the problem. The displayed size of the logo regardless of cropping or original image size is smaller than we would like. It seems too small for the site and we’d like to be able to scale it to display larger.
