Join Us button on Front Page, how to customize it, specifically to link somwhere

Could you please help me find the way of customizing the Join Us button on the front page? I want to link it, but can not find the place from where I can do it.

Please let me know are you telling me about the button together menus see the screenshot http://prntscr.com/rdlddi.

For this, you need to go menu setting in the customizer.

Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Options >> Menus here you will find the options for the ‘Get a Quote’ button.
