Installed ArileWP Pro 1.6.4, yet Customizer still shows “Upgrade to Pro”

I’m using the Architect Design theme. After going to Appearance → Customize, the interface prompted me to upgrade, so I purchased ArileWP Pro, downloaded arilewp-pro.zip (v1.6.4) from the email, uploaded it, and activated it.

Despite activating the Pro version, the left sidebar in the Customizer still displays the “Upgrade to Pro” panel.

Is there another step required to unlock the full Pro features?

If you see the “Upgrade to Pro” in the customizer, it means the free theme is still activated on your site.

So, please first activate the ArileWP Pro theme, and please also share your site URL so we can check your site.

Thanks for the quick reply.

My concern is that I want to keep the look and layout of the Architect Design theme. If I activate ArileWP Pro as the main theme, won’t I lose the Architect Design appearance?

I noticed that the Architect Design layout was actually showcased on the ArileWP Pro landing page, so I assumed that upgrading to Pro would enhance it—not replace it.

Is there a way to unlock the Pro features within the Architect Design layout, or is that not supported?

Hi Kristaps

Your free theme data will not be lost, and it will migrate to the ArileWP Pro theme.

So, when you will you activate the pro theme, your theme design will be the same.
