Icons on Service Item Not showing up

Hello Whenever I try to publish my frontpage. the Service section has service areas with Icons in each one. The Icons only show up on preview panels and when viewing my page from admin screen. when I try to view in a separate window they turn into rounded squares.

This issue only exists in google Chrome when i view the page from the same browser while I am editing in a separate tab. the issue doesn’t exist outside of that.
