I bought all the package and I am not too sure where can I download

I bought all the themes and pros as well but I am not able to download my purchased themes. Can someone assist?

Also, the phone on the website apparently is not the correct phone as I can not call you guys.

And go to the purchase history page here you will get the latest version of the theme.

So please download the theme and update it in your WordPress.
