how to prevent ’empty’ (sub)menu

Hello,

Tab ‘Wandafwerking’ (Wall Finish) is in the Menu bar.

Wandafwerking

When I mouse click Wandafwerking (yellow button) the page of this Menu item is empty.
How to prevent this Empty page so that you can directly select one of the Subcategories: 3 D Wall Panels, Acoustic Panels, etc.
