Headers are not resizing for Consult Street Pro

I want to change the various default header font to “Caveat”, which works. However I cannot adjust the size of the font either using rem or px. The default size gets lost in the post title. Letter Spacing and Line Height does work. I do have Typography enabled. Font resizing does work for Widget Typography. I do have the most recent version of the template, just downloaded it today.

Also, if I wanted to change the color for the various headers, how would I go about that.
