Force read more on blog

If posts don’t have a “More” marker in them, is there any way to get the Blog list to display only the default excerpts with Read More buttons, and not the full posts?

Yes I understand how the More tag works.
We have over 100 posts without a More tag in them. In trying to avoid having to go add them.

The Blog page on ArileWp doesn’t use the Excerpt as far as i can tell.
So it shows the whole post. How can we get it to show the excerpt or somehow force a More?

We don’t want to go edit 100 posts.
