How add Menu Login and Dropbox Switch Language to Top Header Option bar?

Sorry but this is not possible to add the language switcher in the top header because for this required much code customization in theme.

But you can add the language switcher in the menu. Please follow the below help article to add the language switcher using the polylang in the menu.
