The customize theme is not working? I click on it but it does not load. But it works fine on the demo one..

I click on apearance and then customize and it gets stuck on loading. Please help.

Please deactivate all the plugins one by one and check your site maybe it is a plugin conflict issue.

All the other Themes work fine? Why would only this one not work correctly? Actually the theme works fine its just when you try to customize it is when you don’t get the options. All the customization will not load and it just stays blank? But If I load the other thems that I bought from you guys like Designexo Pro then it works fine?
