Add services + features not working with upgrading to pro

Hello, i installed the free version of the theme and edited as much as it allowed. After upgrading to the pro version and downloading/installing the latest update file i cant seem to get the services loaded. Ive switched on all the slide options but its not being enabled on the live preview.

Is there something im supposed to enable? how can i make it look like it is in the demonstration videos? i cant see all the features.
