    I get the error in the title when i try to upload the zip file i received from purchasing pro. I tried manually placing the file using an ftp but it doesn’t appear on my plugin list so i can’t activate it there either.

    I followed the steps as you sent and made sure the required plugins are installed but the issue is still there. Any other ideas?

    Hi Daniel

    Please make sure that the ArileWP Pro is the theme not a plugin.

    So please installed the ArileWP Pro as a theme like the scrrenshot http://prntscr.com/sok3bq

    If you did same procedure then please share the error when you get install the theme.

    Now i feel incredibly stupid. I was putting it in the wrong place like you said, uploaded it to theme now and it works perfectly. Thank you for your help
