We purchased the “All Pro Themes With Unlimited Sites License” from you. I have downloaded and installed ArileWP Pro, but when I install the “InteriorPress” theme it automatically downloads and installs ArileWP (showing “This is a child theme of ArileWP”). Then, when I activate it and try to customize, it prompts “Upgrade to Pro.” How can I configure it so that InteriorPress is recognized as a child theme of the ArileWP Pro license we’ve purchased? Thanks for your help!

    Hi Martin

Thanks for getting back to us. Dont worry, we are here to help you.

You have purchased the correct theme because InteriorPress is the child theme of the ArileWP Pro theme.

So please don’t worry, and install and activate the ArileWP Pro theme in your WordPress.

And you will get the look of the InteriorPress theme, and also you will get all the pro features.

Please follow the given help article to https://helpdoc.themearile.com/?docs=arilewp-pro/getting-started to set up the pro theme package.

If you are unable to do it, please share your site admin login details at themearile@gmail.com so we can do it for you.

Let us know if it works.
