    I am using ArileWP Pro and, on the landing page, there is a Call to Action section that supposedly allows me to insert a YouTube video by copying and pasting a link. It is not happening. I am watching the video on YouTube, go to “Share” to obtain a link, copy such link and paste it in the area of “Customizing Theme – Front Page Section – Call to Action”. You can take a look at it by going to decipherimmigration.ca. Thank you.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    To get the video URL follow the below steps and paste this url in customizer option.

    1. Open the video in youtube and right click on the video and get the embedded code.

    2. Copy the you tube url from this code and use this url in customizer option.

    Let us know if it works.

    Thank you for the prompt reply. Unfortunately, the solution is still not working. I followed the steps described in your post and now the video player screen comes out blank. Please check it out at decipherimmigration.ca on the landing page where the Call to Action section is located.

    I did as per your instructions and it still does not work. Same result, there is a legend saying “www.youtube.com refused to connect”. Of course, all these happen after pasting the new link, publishing and refreshing the view page. Please let me know your comments. Thank you.
