These all are CSS is very important in the theme so we cannot remove them from the header of the theme Otherwise we try to remove the CSS then the theme layout will not be displayed well. In fact, this CSS never affects the meta tags.

You can also use the yoast SEO plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ to meta tags.

Yes, you can edit this theme with the Elemnetor page builder. but you cannot edit the default homepage with the elementor. because it is a default part of the Aasta Pro theme so this is not editable.

In fact, Using this Aasta Pro theme you can create, edit, and update page designs as per the requirement. That is why we have made this theme fully compatible with Elementar Page Builder.

But the default pages of the theme are not editable with the Elementor page builder.
