The theme “NewsExo pro” I bought last week doesn’t work on WordPress

When I try to create a new icon in theme customization, it tells me to upgrade to pro

I followed the guide you gave me exactly.
And when I uploaded the file, it said that the same file exists, so I overwrote the file again and activated it, but this message still appears.
” Upgrade to NewsExo Pro to add more Posts and get the other advanced pro features.”

And I can’t add posts.
What should I do?
