PHONE NUMBER DISPLAYED INCORRECTLY

Hi! Hoping I can get some help. I have added a phone number for my business site and linked the number appropriately, but a random number get displayed instead on the site. No matter what I do (clear cache, delete the number and add it again), it still displays the same exact random number. What can I do to fix this? It used to not be the case until recently.
Where issue is located when customizing page: customizing > frontpage sections > site top header > top header options > info items content > info item > icon is fa-phone.

Hello!

Still have not received a follow up on this issue and have a business using this theme. Please help with this issue. I need the phone number to be displayed correctly on the site. The phone number widget defaults to the number (915)234-1598, but the correct number should be (915)222-1348. No matter what number I input, the number displays as (915)234-1598.
