Overlap header colour and sections description.

Hi, I’m using the ArileWP Pro theme in my site, and I have three questions:
1 – I’ve set the Overlap Header and it appears transparent-gray when the page is on its top and it becomes black when the page is scrolling. Is it possible to change this two colours (in all the pages)?
2 – When I add a section in the homepage, is it possibile to swap in the homepage the position between the title and the description of the section? I would like to write the title after the description beacuse I want to write the description with the title text style and viceversa.
3 – Is it possible to show an homepage section in other pages of the site?
