One Click Import not really working

I purchased the theme in order to refresh an existing site. I created a staging copy of the live site. I installed and activated the theme, deleted all the old content from the staging site and then ran the One Click Demo Import… however the homepage is missing most of the elements.

Please first reset your site using the https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/ plugin.

And follow the below help article to import the demo content.

Thank you – that worked!

But now I cannot seem to replace the default logo using the customizer. Very weird. I am able to change other details.

Please go to Appearence >> Customize >> Theme Options >> Menu

Here you can find the Transparent Header Logo option.
