Change order (reorder) of team members and products on pages

How can I change the order of team members. Also change the order of products (Projects).
Both on their pages and on the Frontpage.

I’m working offline with this site currently. no remote access.

I did figure out how to order the products (projects) pages by changing the publish times.
Under “Dashboard -> All Projects”
example:
“Item A” has date 04-17-2025 3:28pm
“Item B” has date 04-17-2025 3:26pm
“Item C” has date 04-17-2025 3:23pm
If I change the time for “Item B” to 3:29pm or later and keep same date then it will be first.

No solution for Team Members due to no page template. I can manually enter them in order on the “FrontPage Sections -> Team Members” But to add one in the middle at a later time, means redoing the whole list from that point in list to the end. A Big Pain in the butt.
